With the dark night’s drawing in and Christmas just around the corner, things may start to get stressful. From late night shopping, stocking up on festive food and putting the decorations up, it is no doubt that we will over indulge on mince pies, countless chocolates and other sweet treats. Although we deserve to take it easy, relax and unwind this time of year, it is also important to not forget about your teeth during the madness.
